Pageant fans and pundits from around the world predicted Aniporn
Chalermburanawong to do well in the recently concluded Miss Universe pageant
and she did by securing a semi-spot up to the top 10 and also charmed the world
with her beautiful tuk tuk inspired national costume.
We all know one of the
reasons she didn’t make it past the top 10 was her gown – USA who came first in
the evening gown presentation totally stole her thunder and it was as if faith
told her that first come, first served. But still, Aniporn made her country
very proud! This year though, who will be the successor of the beautiful
Aniporn and will she surpass the latter’s achievement?
