For their 11th photoshoot, the girls were shot yet again by Xander Angeles and the four girls remaining were flown to Hong Kong as for their international destination. Elf decided to leave the competition due to family problems in the Philippines. The next photoshoot was a campaign for Breast Cancer awareness which is a nude photoshoot that shocked the three remaining girls.
