The 63rd Annual Primetime Emmy Awards just honored the best on primetime TV but I am yet to really figure out whom I should give the dressed of the night! I mean, there are tons of beautiful dresses tonight and I am drooling all over the stars wearing them. I’ll try to be as objective as possible though in giving you my first ever Best Dressed List.
