The finale of America's Next Top Model All-Stars is fast approaching as the remaining six girls went to Crete, Greece as their international destination.
Allison Harvard, Angelea Preston, Dominique Reighard, Laura Kirkpatrick, Lisa D'Amato and Shannon Stewart are the final six models who will be competing for the coveted title. Who deserves to win the cycle 17 among these girls who were given a second chance to snag the top prize?
I will be rating the girls and give my opinion as to who should win the show.
In my opinion, the weakest amongst the six girls is Dominique. Despite her posing skills, Dominique has that one-trick phony face that never change each photo shoot. Don't get me wrong, I love Dominique but I think the rest of the girls are way better than her - "modeling-wise"
Next to go for me would be Shannon. I am tired of her talks about religious stuff and all. This is a modeling competition and I know that she has her own belief but as a model, you have to be out of your comfort zone at times. Plus, the fact that she's a bit older than the rest of her competition - that alone is her disadvantage.
Lisa is my favorite among the girls because she's crazy, spontaneous, doesn't complain and is probably the realest. However, I just don't see her winning this because I feel that she's just a bit too much. Her antics, her age, her persona - could Top Model be able to handle a winner like her? Not likely.
My third placer would have to be Laura. This southern bell is sweet and all but I just don't see her (right now) booking big time jobs if ever she'll win. Plus, she's way too short - and she's no Nicole Fox.
My runner-up place would go to Allison. Again, I would've picked Allison as the winner if only I see the drive in those doll-eyes. I feel that she doesn't want this as much as the other girls. She certainly is different and very marketable but she kinda lacked the knowledge of the industry and the perseverance to succeed.
Speaking of perseverance, I think that is Angelea's middle name because this girl actually wants this like she's ready to kill all the other girls just to win. She's somehow a hit or missed during photo shoots but I believe that she's got so much potential given the right guidance. She is tall, she's young enough, has the look and the walk and somehow the knowledge of the industry. A little finesse won't hurt but she can definitely work it out as the winner of this cycle.
